David Beckham SBC compensation not received?

Question

Hello. I have just come off from live chat to be told that everybody has received their compensation for the issues yet I have not received mine? I completed the 88, 2x87 and the 86 before you removed it from the game to fix the issue of it being down as tradeable so could not complete the full sbc. Then when you added it back I completed the sbc and was made aware via the live chat that I would receive compensation in the upcoming days. WHY HAVE I NOT THEN?? I have attached screenshots of the actual conversation I had with the agent and I will also attach a timestamp so you can see when I contacted live chat to query compensation too.&nbsp;

@UrXJeanLucAs mentioned by EA help, you will receive compensation in the upcoming days. Only thing is, that coming day not arrived yet 🙂

Thanks for replying, I spoke to EA live chat before I made this post too just to chase up where the compensation was and they advised me that everybody had received theirs and because I had not received mine to make this post? 😅&nbsp;
