EA FC 24 KEEPS CRASHING PS5

i have contacted customer support 6 times and followed instructions, they said they would get a technician to fix it, and it would take a couple hours, its been 3 days. i have re-downloaded the game ...

@EA_Barry Doesn’t work. I just bought the bundle PS5 + FC24, and FC24 doesn’t run. A got a lot of flash’s and crash.
