EA FC24 missing Ultimate Edition Pre-Order bonus

There are multiple users reporting for a couple of days, yet nothing happened. Beside everything in the preorder I am also missing the packs "gained" through FIFA 23.
Now comes the question: if I can't complete the objectives because of EA, that means EA literally did not deliver on the "access" to the Nike Mad Ready campaign therefore we need compensation for it, or extend the campaign so the suckers that paid you 99$ to obtain what you've promised, otherwise it's false advertising. 

I’ve been trying to get answers myself but nothing, can’t even do the new Nike obj because we didn’t get our loan ones out of the packs so we are missing out on more packs aswell. This needs sorting because I also have received nothing. Steam- PC 

Same, I have only received automatically generated messages, and after telling me to reply to the email if I don't receive the items in 24 hours, I replied but they haven't responded ☹️

I have got it on steam and there is not a button next to pay that says redeem ultimate edition. I know i brought ultimate edition because its in the email. What do i do?

Where in the steam library is the button to activate the ultimate edition?
