I’ll try to be as clear as possible:
1. I bought Ansu Fati from the transfer market for 1,000 coins.
2. I bought 1,600 EAFC points.
3. I opened a 600 EAFC points pack from the store.
4. In that pack i got a first owner Ansu Fati, so i switch my purchased Ansu Fati that i had in my club for the first owner one.
5. I listed the purchased Ansu Fati on the transfer list.
6. I submit my first owner Ansu Fati in to the winger evolution.
7. I wanted to play with mi evo first owner Ansu Fati but the first owner remained as a gold and the evo was the one i just listed on the transfer market.
8. Then i check at to transfer list and my evo Ansu Fati was there and, basically I could sell my evo Ansu Fati!? I closed the app and returned to see that my evo Ansu Fati disappear from my transfer list.
9. But my main issue it is that i wanted my first owner Ansu Fati to be my evo. At one point in my club I had two Ansu Fati’s with the same rating and it explains why my evolution took the purchased one.
10. I find this as a bug or something, because it’s impossible to had 2 same cards in my club!The obvious thing to do was to put the purchased one in to the transfer list as it was a duplicated card and start the evolution with the first owner, and that is how i do it but for some reason the game miss placed my first owner. And i already started to complete the evolution with the purchased one (which it should be on the transfer list) because it’s expiring in a few hours but I really want a first owner Ansu Fati Evolution card. My first owner it remained as a gold card. But it’s really impossible because there’s no way to have the same card in our club.
Duif you guys don’t fix this problem then I’m gonna use a lawyer to fix this. Then you’re EA team is gonna explain why its taking so long.

@EA_Pulsar Aware that it is not your direct fault, but this really is a shameful situation. Already 3 weeks with this issue, players who paid EXTRA money to play in advance not just are unable to use it as it was supposed to, but not even to discard the bugged items and move on with the game. It’s incredible the way we, paying clients, are being treated, with just nebulous replies, no estimated time to have a fix, and more than anything else, not even the CERTAINTY that this huge mess will be fixed. From a player that is with you guys since 1999, I have to say it is just unfair, never seen something like this.
Does anyone have any news ?
@Mert6i10 no news too, all of my cases submitted to EA are either being closed for "no fix" or with the status "waiting for player".
@EA_Pulsar we really hope that this bug will be fixed asap, as we are unable to open any pack for almost 3 weeks already. I have already spent a lot on FC points, and there are still plenty of points left in my account. I am so worried that all my spending on the points will be wasted.
@EA_Pulsar we spend more time here for reports than playing the game! Pls do whatever you can to let the team fix it. We all spend money for the game we want to play and enjoy and no ones helping us! You say the teams on it, in email they say they can‘t do anything?? We want answers, results, help!!

It is now fixed, as you can quick sell your evolution card, and claim it back, but the evolution is gone so u just get the gold version back, we schould get compensated for this…
