@BanesSolace You need to switch between 4-5 defenders. When you are switching use second man press to inch the next player forward. Then you can use your back line to get the interception. Watch anders or his many breakdowns that others do of his gameplay.
On offense just use 4321 and go fullback to fullback until once side is clear of the defense and run down the wing. Again anders has finally switched to the meta and highlights how to bypass the defense.
