EA_Aljois there anything you can do from your side on the back end to refresh my game’s or account’s cookies/permissions?

No. There isn't. We don't have cookies on our end. If your account was banned from UT, you would have received an email saying so.
Try power cycling your modem/router by unplugging them for 2 minutes. Also, hard restart your PS4 by holding down the power button until it turns off. Then, turn it all back on and try again.
If that doesn't help, try using alternate DNS settings. Those instructions are in the article here. - js2513205 months agoNew Rookie
EA_Aljothank you for the comprehensive response. Unfortunately none of those troubleshooting steps seem to work. I put a lot of hours into this UT and would be very disappointed to lose my god squad forever.

Try restoring the licenses with the steps here. Also, rebuild your database and clear the system cache with these instructions.
Your team isn't deleted. You just can't access FC UT. Hopefully, what I suggested will help.

EA_Aljo Tried all of this, nothing works. Here is my theory: I think the issue is caused by the new Maradona grassroots greats loading screen. The issue started when I first started seeing this loading screen. Any way we can test this?

Can you create a new squad on the web/companion app and try using that one instead?

There is no web/companion app for 24 only 25, not sure how this would help too

Sorry about that. I thought you were on FC 25. Try deleting corrupt files with the instructions here instead.

Even deleting all of the files doesn’t work, I think this game is just broken…

I'm not seeing others reporting this issue so we're not aware of the game being broken.
Can you create another PSN ID to see if that works? If it does, that narrows this down to an issue specifically with your account.
