Iost 700k coins because of server lag

Question

Yesterday when I was in the ultimate team store I was looking at the packs. Then I clicked on the 700k pack and the glitch were the game freezes for a while happened. So I tried to go back by pressing circle but nothing happened then I pressed it a couple more times but still nothing happened. I moved the left stick to try and exit and pressed x. Then the pack just opened and I could do nothing. So basically I accidentally opened the pack that I did not want to open because of the laggy servers. The pack was opened with the coins I had that I had saved for months.

I would be happy for you to refund the coins because the purchase was out of my control.
please see if there is anything you can do

We're not aware of any server issues that would cause this. If you're frequently lagging, we can go through some connection troubleshooting.&nbsp;

Unfortunately, we're not able to refund accidental purchases. The best I can advise is to be more careful in the future.

To say it was then I expressed myself wrong. The only reason that the pack opened was because of the servers.
Do you know how long it takes to get 700k coins? And to lose all that time because of something like this feels awful.

No server issues!? The game literally crashes for everyone every day. And packs opening in slow motion doesn’t seem like the servers are good
