Kicked from every game I try to play for the past 2 days now
Anyone else having this message in the attached files? I have tried every possible troubleshooting idea that EA posts on their website, emailed with EA and had already tried every “idea” they sent me until finally I was sent here. I have power cycled my Xbox, modem, router. My game and console are fully updated. I have fiber wifi, I have ran multiple speed tests and have excellent connection. Every other online game on my Xbox works fine. I’ve tried uninstalling the game. I’ve tried deleting my current squad and just trying a game with random players. Upon logging into the ultimate team game mode I have approx 1-5 mins before it kicks me back out to the Home Screen. It doesn’t matter if I’m looking at objectives or trying to do an SBC, so it’s not just only happening when I try to play a match. I can complete a full squad battles match 20% of the times I’ve tried over the past two days. Any solution at all or am I the only one having this issue….

Please give the following steps a try to help with this error:
- Please run through the connection guide here as well as the steps from Xbox
- Change your DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
- Try removing and re-adding your gamertag from your Xbox
- Check that you have an open NAT type on your console
If these steps don't help, please run the Connection Quality Report and attach the results to your post so we can investigate further.
