Kicked out of offline Ea Fc games Ps5

I keep getting kicked out of squad battles and single player draft. My connection is 100 percent fine I have already checked through ea play website and my ps5. I am not soft banned and I have no previous ban. I just want to know why it disconnects me when I play offine and not online because online works fine with zero issues. I want the issue to be resolved with some sort of compensation. I already have tried to claim a new draft and it denied me, I just want to play Ea Fc and if this has happened to anyone too.
