Lost Founders Evolutions Player

Will this apply to users who didn't have their card reverted back to gold but stuck in evolution where they can't complete the evolution challenges? Completion on my 5th game reverted it back to the beginning of the challenge sequence for my Ansu Fati.

Hello, I also have this problem with my Ferran Torres. I cant even quicksell this player and when I try it, the game crashes.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look at my Ferran Torres in my club. I have 2 golds, the one with hunter on it is bugged
What happens when the bug occurs? I used my founder evolution on Ferran Torres and it has disappeared completely. I was just playing games and he turned from the base evolution version into a gold. The evolution also disappeared at the evolution section and so I can’t do another one.
What should be happening instead? The evolution should be working as the game told me it would.

My founders nunez reverted to a gold a week ago now I have had minimal communication from ea via ea help emailing, last night thwy told me this issue was fixed, I assume it is not considering I still don't have my founders evolution and yet 0 public communication via twitter or anything regarding this being an issue for so many of us, and can't even go on a live chat to try and get credited another founders evolution token to restart the evo, we need some communication because this isn't customer service it's just plain ignorance from EA at this point.
