My Steam account is linked to an EA account that I don't recognize.

A random person linked their EA account to my Steam account, and now I can't unlink it. The EA support team is asking for proof of ownership of the EA account, not my Steam account. How am I supposed to provide information about an account that isn't even mine? I've contacted 10 different EA advisors, and they all gave me the same response and closed my case.

I follow the instruction, but still I can't find solution for this, Now I can't play ALL my EA Games that i had in STEAM and I don't know how to email EA Help for the solution.
Still have message "Your accounts can’t be linked because your Steam account arief.i.wijaya already linked to your EA Account for ja*****@promotamails.ru. An EA Account can only be linked to one Steam account in its lifetime."

This is so frustrating.
