why i can't actually contact EA
Could someone explain why i can't actually contact EA sports firstly.
My issue is I've played fc24 on my sons ps5 for 5 games. Now I can't play the game on my ps4. Due to logging into a newer generation.
This is theft as I paid for the game in both formats.
I CAN'T EVEN GET AN ANSWER [Edit - EA_Barry]
I know issues with games can be frustrating and it is even less fun when support seems difficult.
