Perma banned for using Paletools only for SBCs

I’ve been perma banned but I think it might be a mistake because I’ve only used the SBC function and not the Sniping Bot

Can anyone help me see if I can appeal my ban or not?

Hey everyone,

we've seen some questions related to third-party softwares/plugins that can perform tasks in the Web App, and we want to clarify that.

This is covered by Section 4 of the FC Rules:

4. Don't use auto-buyers

If you use any sort of in-game bots, automation, or tools like auto-buyers, that breaks the rules. Making transactions outside of the game, the Web or Companion App, or playing in any unauthorized way that gives you an unfair advantage, negatively impacts the experience of other players.

@oIo-MESSIUU-oIo na this company will even ban you if you are on the receiving end of an abuse in chat and the abuser spams reports to your account. it's a disgrace and it's not safe for users cause some of these kids hurl sexual abuses towards our mothers and sisters.

I got permabanned and didn’t win the appeal. I used it only for sbc

I want to make something clear: I have been a user of FC EA FIFA for many years and have never used bots or automation services. The only thing I used was the default EA Companion tool to generate and create squads. Even so, EA accuses me of using bots or auto-buyers, something I never did. I always used the "Generate Squad" function of the Companion app and the creation of squads with their ratings and requirements. For this reason, EA has permanently banned me. I used to use Paletools to open packs and quickly save them to my club with quick access, but nothing else. I used Paletools throughout FC 23, from beginning to end, as well as in 21 and 22, and never had problems. Today, receiving a permanent ban from EA disgusts me, angers me, and saddens me. I am a mature player who makes a high investment in each of their games, and yet my appeals have been rejected....
