Hey @pads123456 Unfortunately, we do not have access to the specifics of why you were banned, as our dedicated Terms of Service team handles such matters. They typically send an email notification to the email address associated with your EA account when a sanction is implemented. However, it's possible that this email may have been filtered by your spam or junk folder.  

If you haven't already please get in touch with the Terms of Service Team so they can review your account. They will need to see if the account ban can be lifted. For more information on how you can set up a case with them check out the EA Help website.
