Hello i have the same situation here. I did a lot of friendly match with my friend and both of us can play rivals and other stuff but at the end it always says that we are disconnected from ultimate team. I'm just trying to do one objective but this bug is ruining and denying me to play the game actually. Shall i have some help too ?

I have this issue, i am getting booted after every game i play for about three hours now.
It won't give me the list of matches as I was only able to play one rivals match and then disconnected from all but one Squad Battles game.
However I just selected to share the usage data in the online settings so can try again to see if it registers.
I used an online score calculator and it shows that my connection is very strong and in line with what is expected (please find the screenshot attached)
I am also experiencing the same thing right now. It was all good till now where i cant even complete a game of squad battles. Please fix this asap cos i would like to finish the evolutions and objectives asap. Its not my connection issue as every other game has no problems only fifa

You may need to keep playing to get more data, but it also looks like your ISP is experiencing packet loss. Most likely, that's where the issue is. Which platform are you playing on?
Can you also answer to all of us ? You see we are few to have the exact same issue. Me and kikimarou are playing on pc.

Yes. I can. I responded to @AlexRiv90 because they ran the test I requested in my previous response. If you can run that test, I'll go over the results and try to troubleshoot this.
This is what happen when i play against computer or in rivals. It's french but it means : "The EA servers can't treat your demand. May you try again later.".
I searched for an answer with google but i found that it was like a soft ban because me and my friend did too much friendly match in such a few time.
For the moment we can't achieve nothing cause when we're playing the server act like we are not so it's completely useless playing this game right now untill we are not soft ban anymore.
Please help.So i've bought this game for 100 euros, and I can't even enjoy it, as I want to play on ultimate team and I can't. I am going to ask for a refund, this is extremely awkward for such a company to have troubles like this.

I have found out that there currently is an issue with connecting to Ultimate Team that we're working to resolve as soon as possible. Please keep an eye on the thread here for updates.
I don’t think that’s the same issue. We can access FUT, do SBCs, play moments…We can also join online games or squad battles and after finishing the game we’re kicked out of FUT.

Thank you, today I tried connecting via an ethernet cable and that seems to have worked as I haven't been randomly disconnected from the servers.
It could also be that the bug was resolved if there was one.
I've been having the same problem onky recently.
I've attached my score.
I'm on xbox series x.
Has cost me evolution upgrades and point and coins.
I have also change dns to 8888 8844

It looks like you're on a wireless connection. Can you switch to a wire or is your router too far away?
I done a wired connection, exactly the same
I also reinstalled the game, reset the xbox, still same problem

Did you power cycle your equipment after switching to a wire? If not, do that now with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not.

Can you run the Connection Quality Report again after playing several games over a wired connection?
Have restarted router, wired connection.
