Re: everything stolen want my content back EA have scammed me and wont help.

Did you buy it from ea or through the Microsoft store?  If they are honoring the refund of the game they should for the content too. 

Microsoft are going to great lengths to try and make things right i feel they are going above and beyond to try and help me, before i proceed with the generous refund they are willing to offer on behalf of EA i want to see if EA will have any sort of decency to return the stolen content, as the gambling mechanics in this game you buy packs to GAMBLE to get the players you want, xbox will return all money on the gambling packs i bought but unfortunately can not restore specific content like the players on the account that were stolen only EA can but for some reason they won't show any good faith to a customer who has NEVER been sanctioned/banned.

Im reporting EA to consumer affairs because of their disgusting gross behavior, I reported my account hacked and during that same session that sanactioned my account for breaking terms when the terms were broken by the hacker not me and the terms broken did not benefit me in anyway as i lost $600+ of digital content, I feel like EA just put the sanaction they're as a way to deny me of my content being returned.

Right I didn’t mean in game content like players. I meant the money you spent on points and the game. If they are refunding you the game they should the points too. Probably not for all the years but at least this year. Unless they are refunding you all past purchases of games too. 

I just want to know why EA won't return my stolen content, xbox looked at everything and obviously feel a refund is fair.

EA is being super scummy, they didn't even help recover my account xbox support informed me backup codes needed to be changed and since eveything has been fine, but its something EA should have told me from the start xbox said.

the refund is well over $600+ and it's all ready to go, was hoping EA would make things right so i don't have to ask another company for a refund, its a principle thing at this stage.

I don't go to Toyota and expect them to make things right when Ford scammed me, but in this case seems like xbox is willing to look after me after being scammed by EA.

Can you please make EA return my stolen content, like far out i've been with them forever never asked for one thing, obviously its legitmate when a xbox is willing to offer such a massive refund, funny thing is all EA has to do is return like 5 players and 2.7mil in coins (way less then a $600+ refund) and ill drop it all, but no they want to scam me out of money and get xbox to cover the bill for it.

You buy the stuff from Microsoft so they are involved. If you got it from Sony Microsoft wouldn’t give you a refund. That would be more like your example of ford and Toyota. But I would take it if you don’t like the game or company anyway if they are offering it. 

No the example of the analogy i used is just perfect thanks, bought all content in game from EA did not use the xbox store for nothing other then the game itself, so it's exactly as stated EA scamming me out of money/content and then saying if i want a refund go ask xbox, legitimately the first and only process to a refund they will even consider offering is "go ask xbox"

I like the games not the company, i didn't have an issue with the company for 10+yrs outside i feel the games should carry an 18+ rating because of the gambling mechanics. I want EA to be held accountable for the thieving actions against me.

Thanks for taking the time to read but this forum is not of much help when you get people such as yourself who refuse to acknowledge any wrong doing of EA, as an expert gamer i would have thought you'd offer more insight to this situation other than the usual unhelpful talking points EA use. All you did was push me towards microsfot and not even refernce any of the points i made about ea not helping or acknowledging the known issues going on in the community.

I advise you to please reconsider responding to other users if you're going to be an unhelpful disingenuous shill and disregard any faults of the company itself, it will be impossible to help anyone if you can't acknowledge any wrong doing EA have done.

I can’t do anything. You would have to contact support which you said you did after I suggested it first.  I don’t know if what you are saying is true or not either only support or you would know and maybe Microsoft would know. So the only advice I can give is take the refund as my opinion but if you don’t want it then keep contacting support. 

Also I am not an expert gamer just someone trying to help. 

Is it true that the last Apex tournament was held in private not live because hackers were breaching accounts?

I have no idea probably better asked in the apex forum. I only played that game for a short time. 

Disingenuous shill, this is what i mean responding the help post on this forum is not for you please reconsider. The expert gamer with a apex character as their profile picture won't acknowledge the massive hacking scandal the happened at the last apex tournament, EA themselves even acknowledge it because it hard to lie when it happens infront of millions of people, nice to know you're still willing to lie, leave this forum please do the right thing.

Relax I’ve not attacked you or anything you don’t have to name call. I understand it can be difficult if you been hacked or whatever happened to you. I hope ea fix whatever is wrong in apex and gives you your stuff back. 

Also I wasn’t saying it wasn’t possible people cheat or get hacked for sure that happens. I am just saying there is no way for me to know or do anything. Only you ea and Microsoft know what’s going on with your account not me.  I know it happens and you might not have done anything so why I suggested contacting support but seemed like you didn’t like the game so suggested taking the refund. Since it’s obvious you like the game then hope you get your stuff back.
