What’s the point of this dedicated team if they’re not doing their job back , yes I understand the autoban system has banned alot of players unjustly and so many are making cases , hence agents can’t keep up with the amount of cases . But it’s simply ridiculous when they state “each case is individually investigated , that’s horse sh** if a genuine EA agent looked at my appeal or anyone else that provided hard evidence such as me then we should of immediately got unbanned and compensation given . I’m now not able to do the POTM Son sbc because I’ve been transfer banned when I’ve already spent 600k worth of fodder in the sbc . The sbc is now soon running out and there’s no way I can complete it meaning I’ve been wrongfully banned and 600k lost . It’s ridiculous
- @StrategicFC Yeah I've got two generic cut and paste answers and lied too by 3 support reps. TOS department at EA must be the most cush job ever. Answer like 10 support tickets a day with my cut and paster responses and do nothing else.
Look at this * I just got, still no reason and state it won't be reversed. I have never in my life, seen such awful customer service
