Ok I got an answer with motivation:

What this means
 
We have confirmed that your account was involved in the distribution of Ultimate Team™ Credits. The distribution of credits is against our rules. Therefore, deleted content will not be restored to your EA SPORTS FC™ account.
 
You have broken our rules (https://www.ea.com/terms-of-service#section6) if:
- you have distributed credits
- bought credits
- you have sold credits
 
You have requested a review of the EAS FC sanction. EA is committed to providing a safe and fair gaming environment for all users. We monitor trades made on the Ultimate Team™ marketplace to ensure that they are fair and follow our rules. We do this by comparing the value of the item with the current market value, making sure that the trade figures are fair and justified. In this way we can determine whether infringements of the rules and our User Agreement, such as selling, buying and/or distributing credits, have occurred. 
 
During this procedure we check each account manually. According to our checks, your account has been flagged for infringement of the rules. There is no evidence that your account has been violated. For this reason, we have come to the conclusion that your behaviour has violated our User Agreement and as a result your account has been rightly sanctioned.
 
This is a joke, I never cheated in my life. I want my money (real) back. This is pure abuse
