Re: The Ultimate Team items have no color and appear as "Not Found"

If the problem persists after deleting and re-downloading the squad update or deleting corrupt files, you may need to uninstall and reinstall the game. This should fix the files and resolve the issue.

  • Log out from Ultimate Team;
  • From the main menu go to Settings > Profile > Delete;
  • Choose and remove UT Squads Update;
  • Close the game and reopen it;
  • Launch Ultimate Team and wait for the squads' update to be completed.

  • I Don't understand how EA can have a game update today & not fix this issue it's been happening for weeks now you guys need to fix up

  • Hi I am on PS4 and had this problem the steps of deleting squad updates and DLC didn't work. But re installing the game does seem to have worked me, I then had to delete my squad updates and DLC to get the last few cards to show correctly. It has also restored all of the search quality options in my SBCs.

  • This isn’t working, when is EA going to fix this, it is ridiculous how long this is taking, you can’t even go thru the cards when you need a specific type, can’t enjoy opening packs at all 

  • Thank you. Deleting files didn't work so deleted whole game and reinstalled which did rectify the issue.

  • i have this issue too, ive tried removing squad updates, reapplying them, not worked, if i uninstall and reinstall ill use my career mode progress so i cant do that, why should i have to uninstall this game because of an issue EA have caused? shouldnt EA be creating a fix for it? this needs to be fixed coz it renders the game unplayable, and into refund territory

  • Hope this is seen and reviewed.

    I deleted the update and it is quite appalling that it is very long winded process to get hold of an EA representative to fix what we paid money for.

    asking to delete and reinstall the game which is 50+ GB takes off my internet quota and time and electricity, shouldn’t be there some refund or compensation for valuable loyal clients as this is very disappointing and more like disrespectful.
