I had good gameplay for a couple of days ago but suddenly my players was heavy and the gameplay was sluggish ?I wrote before without any answear why the game is unplable now, is this common for Ea ? Or is it a maintrance or somthing, the game shouldent be like this i dont get it.My platform is ps5 and my connection is 1000/1000 stable earthnet fibre wire.Every opponents i meet haves a flawless gameplay and AI who press me all the time, they press superhigh and they are faster and stronger, always makes the right dicisions and my players plays like they are stuck under water, it been like this for days now, what can i do about it ?I dont have any issues with any other game and my internet connection is perfect, tried Fortnite and Cod just to see if there was any problems and i got perfect connection and a usually stable ping at 5, when i did internet test on Ea "hompage" i got 99.9 and when i do a regualery internet test i got 970 Mbit down and 980 Mbit up and it was stable.It really makes no sense at all, please help ? 🤷🤷🧏🧏

@IANthepharoah iam been posting my gameplay since i preorded the game and now we are in the end of this game and still nothing have been done at all, iam got a heavy delay and my ping dont match my connection and the most funny part of whole this is that everybody i know played this game from beginning dropped off the first 2 - 3 month, i was a newbie on Ea games but iam playing alot of others online games and i never seen somthing like this in a online game before, this should be a competitive online game where you get match against players with the same connection and placed on the same server as you, this game is bothing like that.My connection is 1000/1000 mbit, in other games iam at at stable connection between 10 - 15 ping in Ea iam between 24 - 100 and that with a cable connection, so ok i got a really bad ping and connection to their server, i can live with that but then my matchmaking should be against players with the same kind of connection otherwise this "game" would be totally unfair right, well after every game i played i asked my opponents what kind of ping and connection they have and the answear was stunning for me, iam playing against players that got between 5 - 10 - 15 in ping and this is when Ea lost me as a costumer, so this is not a skilled based online competitive game it is a pure server and connection game, ofcourse iam losing every game i play if iam getting matched against players that got much lower ping and are placed on duffrent servers than me.So i took contact with their "costume service" and they told me that its my own fault ha ha then they told me to go to this forum and i would get help here, when iam finally come here i post 20 + videos with my ping, connection and overlay and a volenteer contact me and said theres nothing to do...I know Ea loves to suspend their players and put a ban on players who is critical against their game, instead for answear questions u most likely would get a ban instead, it is what it is iam been out since christmas and i dont know a single one who plays an Ea game anymore.Streamers, youtubers etc etc is not in the same servers that you are in, and in a online game servers are the absolute most importend, if you not a streamer, youtuber u gameplay is slow and sluggish, the players feels like they running under water and youre AI is totally trash and that is the reality for mostly all of us and thats why people are leaving this game and company even if its free to get, the most importend in a online game is that players getting matched against same ping and same connection otherwise its not a online competitive skilled game, its just another fraud in a world filled with lies and frauds, sad but true.

@gone-north11 Usually their server, its definitely not from you. So don't stress yourself. I just wrote about it, don't continue playing when you notice it. You'd just add ages to your body. Sadly sometimes this can go on for weeks.

@LukeNuke3000D Iam totally at youre side mate its an big mess, my experience of some companys is that the product is not as importend as the profit, even if it meens a short temporery profit and alot of new costumers who aint coming back, iam one of them, iam not the regualery Ea player but iam a huge football supporter and follower.I preorded this game even if almost everyone i know warned me about it, its my own fault in the end and iam not blaming no oneelse by myself for that, i just wanted a fun competitive game over the winter to relax with, test diffrent tactics and formations, play some games and try to be better but this game is not like any other online game i played and iam playing alot of them, first of all a game should not behave diffrent every time you play it, the menus should not freeze, the gameplay should not feel like my team is moving in slowmotion, this game is nothingelse but a big dissapointment.I was in contact with their costume service and all they did was blame me ha ha imagine that you have a problem with a product and the company blame you instead for helping you, thats crazy, anyway they also told me to come to this forum and these guys would be able to help me, so i did.I wrote here and they asked me to send videos with my ping and overlay and also my connection, so i did that and no one answear me for months, i actually and honestly thought they would help me, but after a couple of month they said that i need to ask my friends to do the same, i dont know anyone who play this game so they could not help me after all ha ha the most strange help forum i ever been in to be honest.Iam been working with it and programming myself for many years now and this game is not a finnish product to start with, their servers is way to bad and overfilled and is heavy delayed, i did a test to play on diffrent times during 24 h and at the early morning it was kind of ok, during the day it was unplayble and in the middle of the night i actually can play it for about an hour then it crashes and is pretty much unplayble again, and that is a clear sign that their servers are really bad and overfilled ha ha imagine that in 2024, as i said before iam playing alot of online games and i never had any issues but Ea is somthing totally diffrent.Iam not playing the game anymore iam done with these kind of companys, yeah i got fooled once but that would never happend again, next time i will listen to the people around me but hey at least i tried it out and as i see it its not an " online " game it is an ps5 football casino and not even near a skilled based competitive online game ha ha riddicoules.

@6c52dbb79192a453 Its got most likely nothing to do with youre connection or what kind of platform you playing on, i never in my life seen a company who blame their players as this company actually does, look mate the servers are overfilled and to bad and that is effecting the gameplay, pure and simple, for an example i got one pf the best internet there is to buy for money, i must have it becouse this is my everyday job to programming and it, so my company pays for it.I got a 1000/1000 fibre connection ( future connection ) iam connected with cables and got a monster computer and a Ps5, avarage ping in other games is between 0 - 15 depends what game it is ofcourse and what kind of server they use, i never score more than 15 max in ping with flawless serverconnections, if iam not mistaking Ea use Amazon servers wich is not good, everybody that working with servers, it and programming knows that this is the cheapest servers you can get basicly, but i also must say that they do their job even if they are not good, the biggest problem is that they are overfilled and are to few wich meens majority of players connects far away to play Ea games and this makes HUGE delays on servers that isnt good to begin with.Now with that in mind Eafc is not a finnish product to begin with, they rushed the game to be finnished and my personal belives is that after Fifa left them they have no clue how to do a football game, so servers + unfinnished game makes youre game behave diffrent everytime you play a game and this with heavy delay, imagine youreself you living in Latvia and the nearest gameserver is in Germany, France, Italy, England etc etc ofcourse youre gameplay will suffer mayor so if we shall talk real this got nothing to do with youre connection at all.The matchmakingsystem is totally broken becouse you often get matched against players around their servers and this is why they are 10 times faster, stronger and gameplay with Ai is flawless, ofcourse you dont stand a chance with a delayed, poor connection to their servers etc etc.Last you should be able to play a football game like Ea flawless if you got " 150 " mbit the grafic is not heavy and the amount of data they send is absolut limited, there is players as myself for an example who scores a stable 960 of 1000 mbit in stable cable connection and this game is unplayble wich meens that their servers is the problem, dont think you need to change connection, platform etc this is on Ea and they know it buuuuut we living in a world sadly to say where people dont help eatchother and its more easy to blame you than admit a problem and solve it, amazing right ...

I dont get it, its seems to work again 🧏🤷🤷🧏 whats up with this game, is there no one who can eplain why the game behave like this ?
If its suppose to be like this i just uninstall it, no drama but i just want to know if its worth to put any time in this game ?
I was speaking with Ea support and he could not explain it at all and told me to ask here instead but i dont got any answears at all, he told me to ask in help forum isnt this the help forum 🤷🤷🤷🤷 please all i want to know is if the game is suppose to be stable one game and totally unstable the next, its make no sense, now when iam tried everthing maybe someone can help me out 🤷🤷

my players win a tackle the ball goes back to my opponent constantly, my players move away from the ball instead of intercepting it, my players get fouled and my opponents get a freekick, would love for ea to actually give us an answer as to why these things happen cause the troubleshooting they tell you makes no difference

I belive you did right to uninstalled the game, gaming should be fun and relaxing, if its just try hard and not working just stop to give it youre time.

Best thing to do would be post your connection score and a short video with the input overlay on so ea can see the delay.

There was a big thread in the technical section that ea keep asking for examples but nobody ever followed the directions. Maybe you could be the first to show it and help out.

I was in contact with Ea support several times for about three month ago, post video for them and showed my connection speed and all they did was to say that i should post it here, when i did that there was a volenteer who asked again what kind of connection i got even if i post three example here, then he say i may need new players or put my formation at 442 and depth at 71 and that when i just stopped play the game and uninstalled it, no hate but the game is really bad and i rather wait for ufl or fifa instead for waste my time on a coperation who dont care one bit about their costumers.

Did you post the video with the input overlay on showing the delay or just the connection speed? Like that big thread most people just posted the video without showing the input overlay so you can’t see the delay.
