Please add more details like which platform you are playing? how you are connecting your internet? using wifi or wired? etc. - @sanket_360 I can't get in to ultimate team either, the issue for my is specific to one account, because i have others and i can get in fine.
I already contacted EA help live chat, they said i don't have any suspension or ban, i can't understand why i can't get in
I'm on PS5, i have ports forwarded, i have changed the DNS, i have cleared the Ps cache, i have restored licenses, everything that i could do on my end i did.
I just don't understand why i can't get in to that particular account, can anybody help? - @pp_23_23 what error you are getting? are you able to login into ultimate team using web app or companion app?
how are you connecting Internet to PS5? using wifi or LAN cable? @sanket_360It says there's high volume of traffic, but that only happens on one of the accounts, the others work fine, on the same PS5 and Network.

I was using web app before, but since this happened, it says i need to login on console before using webapp again- @pp_23_23 can you try it from companion app once? see you are getting same error as web app.

- @pp_23_23 Do not try to login everywhere so quick. Always give 2-4 mins gap when you switch from console to app and other way around.

If you dont have any BAN then Try these steps and see if it helps in any way-
1. Login onto EA account from browser - https://myaccount.ea.com
2. After login goto Security (2nd tab) on left hand side.
3. Scroll down on right hand side, until you see trusted devices.
4. See if you can clear out few devices from this list whichever are not required.
See if this works.
Last option is to try with default PS5 LAN connection (remove additional settings like Google DNS)
First sort out your login UT problem and then improve your connection with Additional settings.
If all of above didn't work then wait for someone from EA to respond on this or reach out to EA help again.- @sanket_360 Thanks for the help, but that didn't work.
How can we get an EA person to respond to this?
