Urgent Call for Fairness: Addressing Network Play Issues in EA FC 24

Many Koreans are experiencing difficulties with network play in EA FC 24 Ultimate Division Rivals and Champions Network Play. The core issue is that the game has lost its foundational principle of fairness.

Conditions of occurrence:

During network play, if one of two players has a slower network speed—let's name the slower player A and the faster one B

Problems:

Player A has a delayed response in all controls compared to Player B.

Due to these delays, player A occupies less space, and their passes or defensive movements do not work as intended—the AI responds too slowly.

This problem becomes particularly severe when playing against Japanese users, who can anticipate the actions of Korean players, occupying defensive positions preemptively or exploiting the slower reactions in their attacks.

The Champions server is in particularly poor condition, leading many to abandon playing in the Champions League. A well-known Korean YouTuber even announced today that they would stop participating in the Champions League due to these network play issues.

Many who have played FC 24 in Korea and then in Japan talk about the significant difference they feel. It is possible to predict and exploit the slower reactions of Korean players, anticipating and acting defensively or offensively.

Korean players are desperately hoping for servers to be placed in Korea, but if that is not feasible, they at least hope for a fairness patch in network play. Some Korean players use wireless routers with built-in VPN features to try to mitigate these issues.

I am not asking for something extraordinary. All I want is for the game to regain the fairness that it originally should have.
