why i can't actually contact EA

Question

Could someone explain&nbsp; why i can't actually contact EA sports firstly.
My issue is I've played fc24 on my sons ps5 for 5 games. Now I can't play the game on my ps4.&nbsp; Due to logging into a newer generation.&nbsp;&nbsp;
This is theft as I paid for the game in both formats.&nbsp;&nbsp;
I CAN'T EVEN GET AN ANSWER [Edit - EA_Barry]
