Wrongfully handed 3 day suspension as i was the one getting harrased...

Ive been handed a 3 days suspension because i responded to a WL opponent that was toxic to me with way more abusive messages. all i said was you have to be a loser irl to behave like this when you won since he was messaging me easy and "wankeer" after he won, surely i shouldnt be the one with a suspension here. can i get it removed because if anything i feel like i was the one that was harrased please help me take off this silly suspension as ive never been toxic or said anyhting TOS

    i used live chat and created a case but he said it could take up to 10 days for a repsonse even though its a 3 day suspension...please help

    Hi @lukeandfind , 

    I'm sorry, we can't speed things up on Answers HQ. While the EA Help article 'How EA bans and suspensions work', does mention the Terms of Service team aim to respond within 10 days, it is often far less than that. They will email you as soon as they can look into things and wrap up the investigation. Keep an eye out on your inbox for that mail.
