FC25 Bug - player stuck in throw animation in Champions

I will ensure to pass this on to the game team, but could you share all the information I mentioned above to help us determine the cause of the issue?

Been stuck on a forever loop with the opposing AI in Squad Battles. It's doing a throw-in animation with the ball it's supposed to be throwing laying directly next to the player outside the field. 

Right before the AI was going to take the throw-in it tripped and dropped the ball and missed picking it back up.

With this entire format change with all these matches mattering way more in Squad Battles and in champs it's unbelievable that the fix I would possibly be told for this is to leave the match and take the loss. This isn't why I spent $70+ on the game. 

I'm refusing to leave the game until I get some compensation for this match.

Same issue here. Got stuck in the throw-in animation. Waited for half an hour but then had to restart the game, resulting in a DNF and loss.

What happens when the bug occurs? the game timer becomes real seconds as the ball is out and the player is locked to the throw in taker who is in a loop of the throw in animation but without the ball
What should be happening instead? the ball should be in his/her hands letting the throw in be thrown

It happened to me as well, please assist in the EA help, it's squad battle, winning 4:0, but at 83min got throw in bug, then waited for 15min real time and stick stuck in same animation, and counted as loss.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? triggers when before throw in, the ball has been moved into the pitch after the ball thrower was outside the pitch
What happens when the bug occurs? player animation stuck, keep trying the ball from throw in but the ball was not there, and cannot exit from this bug unless quit the app
What should be happening instead? throw in as normal

Dear EA Support Team,

I am writing to report an issue with the throw-in bug in EA Sports FC 24 that has affected my gameplay, points, and ranking. On 4th NOV at approximately 1:15 AM Melbourne time, during a Squad Battle match, the game froze at in-game time 87:45 when I was winning 4-0. After waiting over 15 minutes in real-time, the match clock reached 101:20 (for a 90-minute game) and still did not resume. I eventually had to exit the game, which resulted in a counted loss, causing a complete loss of Squad Battle points and affecting my weekly ranking.

Last week, I achieved an Elite 1 ranking with 26.5K points, but due to this incident, reaching this level again seems unlikely. This bug has affected my overall experience and, unfortunately, my ranking and rewards, which were beyond my control.

I am requesting compensation for the lost points and a review of my Squad Battle ranking for the current week. This is not the first time I’ve encountered this bug, but this instance has had a significant impact on my gameplay progress.

Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I appreciate any assistance you can provide to resolve this.

This is not the first time but it was a friendly match last time so it didn;t affect ranking and rewarded

What happens when the bug occurs? the game timer becomes real seconds as the ball is out and the player is locked to the throw in taker who is in a loop of the throw in animation but without the ball. The game is then unable to end, 10 mins of added time was given, now at 111mins and counting
What should be happening instead? the ball should be throw in and play continue, and the game should end

I've been forced to leave the game, loosing all points, objectives, forfeiting 3-0, and loosing out on one of the 12 games in the weekly period. I was up 5-0 on world class when it stopped at 55 mins.
