Career Mode - Can't change player position to CDM

Question

Thought that maybe I couldn't change a certain player, but it's with most players. From the development section, to change any player position to CDM isn't an option, it works sometimes if the players have it as a secondary position and on some central midfielders, but it won't appear for most other players. But every other position does appear so it's not a matter of you can't change a fullback into a CDM, when I have the option to change them to striker. Not sure if it's a bug or some other issue

Reported this as a bug last week. It seems that for some positions you can't change players to play at centre back or CDM. It seems to apply if they are a full back for both CB and CDM, and then they cannot be trained at CB if a CDM and vice versa.

Though I have seen the odd time where I have been able to do it. Very annoying given the reliance on player roles this year

It seems it is still an issue after the 3rd patch. There are multiple positions that cannot change to CB and CDM, for example RB, RM, RW. And CDM cannot change to CB.

@PowerofJuan32 I’m also having this problem. Along with the fact that the save checkpoints in Career Mode don’t work. As well as youth GK diving stats ridiculously low. So many issues.

@PowerofJuan32&nbsp;Checked it for some female players. There are several CB that have CDM as their secondary position, but you can not change them into a CDM via the development plan.
