Career mode file automatically overwritten

So I was trying to do something a little bit more random in a Career Mode and I decided to start as an older player and automatically retire to transition to a manager. What happened was that when I did that, the game automatically overwrote the last manager career mode I had played with, which was my main career mode with the most hours put  in. Please help me get my save back... (FC 25, playing on PC)
