Careers gone without a explanation

So recently my careers (Player careers and Manager careers) disappeared without a explanation. I don't know what to do, I didn,t delete them, I think the game automatically deleted them and I don't know how to get my careers back. Any help?

    There is a problem with your computer's registry, not caused by the game, my friend. Scan the registry files in your My Documents folder and keep them clean.
