EA SPORTS FC 25 Career Mode Crash Game Crashes After Match and Doesn’t Save

Hi, I'm having a serious issue in Career Mode. Every time I finish a specific match, the game crashes when returning to the main menu, and the result isn’t saved. No matter what I try, I keep getting stuck at the same match. I’ve already tried repairing the game through EA App, simulating the match, playing offline, updating my drivers, and changing match settings. Nothing has worked, and I can't continue my career. I can attach my save file if needed. Does anyone else have this issue, or is there a fix? Thanks for any help!
