FIX THE LEVELS LOST

Stop saying youll sort the problem. I have been level 55 for 3 months and i was level 100 in december. the least i expected for paying €100 disregarding the awful gameplay and ai is that i could keep my progress. Wasted my time getting to 100 just to be dished a middle finger. THREE MONTHS LATER no fix btw. No time frame provided by customer support essentially meaning it will NOT be sorted
