Manager Career mode regens / youth academy players look like females.

@1241221 I actually think they look like kids, maybe the female mechanics cause this but no 14/15 year old kids move or look like 18/19 year old players. It will be interesting to see if these youth players appearance change as the seasons go on like EA explained during the pitch notes.
