Why are simple things in career so broken?

Things like News stories being wrong: example X team that is challenging for the tile X team is way in the relegation Zone and its actually Y team thats challenging, also i swear this is a problem in every player career mode I've been playing but more recently it has appeared as more common, why does the same news story keep popping up or it keeps saying that the manager is performing badly or that me the player is performing badly, the team is top of the league, the manager just won manager of the month a few days ago etc etc, and I am constantly in Team of the week and winning player of the months, the inaccuracy and how these simple things are completely and utterly incorrect ruins the entire game. Plus another silly one is when The commentary team comments on any female team transfer it always says he or talks about them as if they’re a dude. Its also still wild to me that this game still has 15 seasons of career to play, the Youth players barely even reach 30 like whats the point??! Also when i get congratulated for winning manager of the season as the player. On top of that winning some trophies for some reason has some guy in the mail like “Tears in my eyes (player name) So happy and proud to see you win the *TrophyName_2.” This for every single trophy pretty much like hello I won the Champions League, or the Fa cup or something not TrophyName_2
