My EA Progress was reset

I was playing normally today, and facing a lag in the match, i restarted the game. 

When i run again, my settings wasn't showing at the menu. I create a new, so, my level was back to 1 (i'm currently at 102). 

My player in Pro Clubs isn't on our Club.

Like i've started play the game today. I lost ALL my progress.
