My pro clubs player was reset to 0 level XP

I was around level 65 when I hadn’t played in awhile maybe a week or so. I logged back on an my character was bald, tats removed, no skills attributes were applied. Only thing that remained on my guy was his face mask and his shoes and name/personal details and ST height and weight. Literally makes no sense-removed me from my club and everything. Rejoined after I have now started over lvl4 now, but my old stats via quick view are there under league members under a separate profile with no name under the username - it’s literally blank and cannot hit A- on Xbox to go into the profile and view it or the stats further. Realizing I no longer have any of my Volta bought tattoos or things from the store for my pro.  Please note I have done nothing to cause this or change anything regarding my account I’ve used the same sign on for years and linked my same accounts each fifa and build.

I’ve been playing fifa for over a decade and this is honestly a joke that this even happened to an online saved profile. Don’t think we will ever see a resolution to this problem as I don’t believe I am the first….EA has ruined franchise in many ways
