Name "Pokorný" problem.

Hello dear EA Games community, I wanted to create on Pro Clubs our club legend "Tomáš Pokorný". But his surname "Pokorný" cannot be saved, since it somehow violates some guidelines.  I want to ask ...

Check if you can change the name to anything else; we want to find out if the name is the issue or if changing the name is the problem, thanks.

    Hello EA_Barry

    I've tried to change the name and everything other went through (even variants like "Pokorn"). The only surnames "Pokorný" and "Pokorny" did not.

    I also captured a video to show with what exactly I'm dealing with. 

    P.S. I had to change my language from czech to english so you can understand what is going on on the video. In this english version the keyboard doesn't have the letter "Ý" so I only written "Pokorny" on the video as an example.
