Player career difficulty issue

Hey,

I like to do player career starting at a low level club and working my way to the top but I have an issue with the difficulty which sort of ruins the experience (I had the same issue on 24) and I'm not sure if that's just how the game is or if there is a setting that can help.

If I have the game on world class then I win by 4 or 5 every game but if I up it one to legendary then I lose by 4 or 5 every game.

Obviously as you are just one player you are a little limited in how you can affect what the rest of the team do but I can't find a middle ground because it seems bizarre that your team would go from Prime Barcelona to a pub team by just moving up one difficulty lol.
