suggestion that can change career mode

Hello everyone, I came to say something that has been bothering me for a while and each game that is released is never changed, the subject in question is the value of the player and his influence and also when he is going to win trophies such as the Golden Ball, or any other award, it will always be based on the player's overall and never on his achievements, if I have 70 overall and have scored "10 thousand goals" I will lose to Halaand who has more than 90 overall, a suggestion that I would love for EA to do not only for the player career mode but also for the coach, and use a "technique" of influence/fame/achievements, which would be through the media and a "bar" or something more creative that would help the Player to know about the status of the player or coach in relation to the opinions of whether or not he is listed for awards etc... and most importantly, the value of the player is based on the number of goals and assists and titles made by the club in (ONE SEASON) and can increase or decrease along with the influence that  I said before that it depends on your achievements in the season, this would not depend only on the overall but also on how the Player would be performing in his simulation and the same goes for the coach if big clubs wanted them or not, because I started a career in the last league in Germany and in 1 season I already had over 80 overall as a goalkeeper which by the way is very easy to move up and was already worth more than 50 million even though I had not won anything relevant or done anything great until then, that is, all the immersion of challenge and fighting to reach the top is ruined by the overall, the entire immersion of the game is based on overall and this in my opinion ruins the game, in relation to real life players, they could also change the influence within the game simulation and this would help in the coach career mode and especially in the player career mode in which the Ballon d'Or would not go to whoever had the highest overall for example, this is just a suggestion, think about it and thank you for your attention guys.
