Account banned for some reason ? No help

Hi

my main account got banned today, I paid for the season pass and  played a few games in the morning and then went offline and then just before 6pm UK time I received an email saying my account was banned, I logged into my PS5 and it says I’m banned.

ive emailed support but is there anything else I can do as I don’t believe I’ve done anything wrong.

there is currently a Reddit post which shows a few users having this issue

    getting in touch with support seems impossible and it seems there’s a few people on Reddit who have the similar issue.

    Is there a way you can get in touch with me and find out what the issue is?

    Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do to help with this. If you're submitting a dispute, you will not be able to talk to anyone. ToS will investigate your account to see if it was correctly banned or not. 

    If you want to get in touch with an advisor, you'll need to choose a different option than disputing a ban. They cannot lift the ban. They can make sure your dispute is in the queue and tell you the same reason for the ban that you saw in the email you were sent.

    Thanks for your reply, from the Reddit post you can see there’s a few people with the same issue - can you not forward the Reddit link so it can be investigated?

    Everyone will need to submit a dispute for their ban so ToS can investigate it. We have to gather account details in order to do these investigations so we can't just send a reddit thread and have those accounts looked in to.

    Yes I understand, I’ve submitted a report like you have said but can you not forward the Reddit link so the team is aware as there’s more than enough people on the post commentating they have the same issue ?

    im in the process off going through a Data Subject Access Request, and Notice of Dispute

    Again, we cannot forward a reddit through to ToS. They will need to investigate each individual account when they submit a dispute.

    Thanks for your reply and letting me know.

    I will be including this forum as part of the investigation in the notice of dispute
