Account hacked and been transfer banned unfairly

Hi, my account was hacked and coin abuse occurred! (10 players sold for coin abuse worth around 100k coins).  I only found out when ea emailed me saying that I’m banned and blocked from the transfer window.  I have appealed and opened a case twice explaining that I have never in my years playing the game had any ban before and that this was not my fault.  Both times they have rejected my case.   Can anyone suggest what I can do? I can’t believe they have done this and that they won’t lift the ban.   Any suggestions would be much appreciated as I’m gutted that I can’t enjoy the game anymore as I can’t buy or sell players etc.
