It won’t let me play online!

Question

I brought fifa 25 yesterday (22nd April) I have Xbox unlimited, my internet is connected to my Xbox and is working but I cannot play with my friends on fifa? I have signed in to my EA account and it says “You have lost your online connection. Check your home network. You will not be able to access FC’s online features until you can reconnect to EA servers. Go to ea.com/unable-to-connect to find out more”

Hi there. When are you getting this error? Also, try power cycling your equipment with these steps:

Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
Power it all up and try playing again

What platform are you playing on? Also, are you using a wired or wireless connection?
