Ai intervening with game

Second time today that I’m leading by 3 goals on champions play-offs and suddenly my players hitting the brakes, free on goal and Thurman decided that he tired and don’t want to play so he stop running and the defender ran like 20 meters to catch him

correa free on goal I press on the shoot button but it take about 5 min to do that action

van de ven and Ruben Dias suddenly don’t intercept nothing and stand still 

70 min in the game yes? They all fresh with energy to the top.. and I get suddenly goals that sorry casillas but my grandma on wheelchair can catch he dives and the ball go through him.

ok the man paid he need help  and most of them got zero understanding in soccer but maybe you will change the name of the game to fantasy soccer with special powers? 
paying players got a lot of help faster and stronger players and got foul even if the wind touched them 

the gets players from packs that you willing to give only in the end of the season and I opened a lot of packs..

but if I can’t run and the buttons don’t work so how I’m suppose to play?
