Hi ’m contacting you because I was on the ea web app and the app froze and I was clicking away blindly . When I restarted the app, i found all my players in my current squad to be in the quick sold section.

If the web app is freezing, it will not quicksell all your players. If you didn't do that, somebody did it for you most likely.
If you have the date and time of when it happened, you can reach out to our support team right here so we can try to investigate.
It did freeze , it suddenly said that I can’t use the app because I’m connected on console or pc when I wasn’t on my console at all.
