All my UT coins were removed

Hi all,

 

I woke up to a email that my fut is part suspended, because I was falsely accused of purchasing coins or transferring coins between accounts. This is crazy is my account is a RTG (I don’t spend real currency).

so I’ve been using the bronze pack method and have been able to sell players for max price of 5,100. I do think it’s because of the Sunday league ringers evo, I’ve always been a casual trader. But this is the first time I’ve been suspended for trading and wrongly accused of using third party services. I’ve spoken to an agent and then had to email the EA team for them to investigate. 

It’s so frustrating as it wasn’t resolved by the online agent, so I’m missing out trading and trying to do SBCs. Preparing my account for the TOTS promo, been purchasing lots of silver cards so I can craft the packs! So missing out due to the suspension really is demotivating and making me think that I don’t want to play next year. Clearly the game parameters are monitored but incorrectly, it’s not like I’m making millions in profit my account balance was 730k before all my coins was lost. I think if EA say they can’t resolve then I’m definitely never playing EA games anymore, I’ve been buying fifa since 2001. So I’m a long time customer that has never broke the guidelines, as this is the first time.

Hopefully this gets resolves and I get my coins back, that I worked hard for by grinding hours in game play and the transfer market. 

I’m sure lots of players are in the same position as me, but did it get resolved?

    Hi there. We're not able to help with accounts that have been actioned by Terms of Service. You can submit a dispute to have the actioning investigated by following the instructions here.

    Hi, yeah I’ve sent a email requesting that my account to be reviewed, as this is clearly a mistake from EA. 

    Just unhappy that I’ve been wrongly accused, and was seeing if anyone has experienced the same or perhaps this could be quickly resolved. As I need access to my coins for the TOTS promo but saw that it could take 10 days or more. Which again I’ll miss one of the biggest promos of the game cycle.
