amazon gift card redeemed but no fc points showing up

Question

i redeemed fifa points that were gifted to me through amazon, and even though it says redeemed i haven’t recieved the points in game. i dont have an xbox console, but i have the xbox app on my pc and a xbox account linked to my ea account. it has been over 24 hours since the purchase and ive emailed ea and they sent me here

Hey @milk90210,Just to check to make sure I understand correctly: You got a code for FC points on Xbox, but you don't play on Xbox but on PC instead?

same issue here. Points for Xbox ‘redeemed’ from an Amazon voucher but not showing in game. It’s been one week now since inputting the voucher code. Microsoft sent me to EA and EA sent me to this forum. Any suggestions anyone?&nbsp;

@EA_QueenBee yes. it was a gift, but both amazon and xbox support have said that it can be redeemed on pc. and it is redeemed, i just haven’t recieved my points yet and its been a week
