An issue with PTS Squad Battle Progress

Dear Esteemed EA25 Team,

This issue has been happening for over a month. After winning the 5th or more matches in Squad Battles, the PTS Dashboard shows zero (0) points. There is no level-up or progress, and I stay stuck at the same place as the last game.

I’ve played more than four games during last month and this month, and the issue keeps happening every time.
