Ban appeal pending
I got a ban, I use PS5, and I’ve had this account since 2022 with no history of banning or warning, I have no idea why I’m banned. I have 2 cases already with these numbers (#217509325, #217483474) ...

The support team has been really bad and unhelpful.
I got nothing, losing my PlayStation plus membership since I only play this game, eafc points and progress I made in the game.

The service is really bad — I got banned for no reason and there's no response from customer support.
Well, there should be a better way of confirming players identity, think of how many times we play in front of gold teams who quit the first minute or players who have the most expensive players in game while in div5 yet they play horribly, make the algorithm more secure, but don’t ban people who play for fun!
