Well, there should be a better way of confirming players identity, think of how many times we play in front of gold teams who quit the first minute or players who have the most expensive players in game while in div5 yet they play horribly, make the algorithm more secure, but don’t ban people who play for fun! 

Haha sorry to hear that, it seems that the company is suffering losses and can't manage both game development and paying support staff salaries. The service is really bad — I got banned for no reason and there's no response from customer support.

I got nothing, losing my PlayStation plus membership since I only play this game, eafc points and progress I made in the game.

The support team has been really bad and unhelpful.

First case shows I use PC, I did another one trying to add that I only use ps5. Mainly not being able to communicate with a human made me doubt the system, hopefully it’ll not last for 10 days this game means a lot to me

It can take up to ten days sometimes longer depending on how busy they are. If you keep opening new cases I believe it can take longer as you start over in queue but not 100 percent sure.
