Banned Account.

Question

I was banned from 29 of March 2025 for 14 days. I was told that i was cheated when i never did cheat. If i did cheat how come i lost 4/5 game before i got banned. Won one game after losing 4 game got banned by calling i cheated. Cool! Now it has been 14 days. I still not unbanned. When i look at EA banned history. It was say band has overturned. Wouldn't that mean i can play now? But, still i cant play the game. I have spend a lot money just to get banned for no reason. I just want to know when i will get to play, wont able to get help with that.

Does anyone know what i should do from here please and thank you!

Sometimes you’ll need to re-enable your account first. In those cases, the Terms of Service team will reach out to the email address associated with your EA Account. Could you double-check your email inbox for an email update on your ban appeal? There may be instructions included in there to help you with this.&nbsp;

Hey EA_Lanna,I have tried sending them email several times. I have tried to appeal/dispute several time. Nothing is work. I have check the email you just told me to check for. There nothing writting or says that how to get unbanned or after 14 days what i have to do. Simply it say i was cheated in matches because i play with my friends. Isn't that what co-op lobby does? EA now a day has become joke since when the decide to not work with Fifa. Day by day EA loosing its costumer. I just need to get unbanned because i have spend a lot of money on this game. It look like i get no help from EA community.&nbsp;-Amin Lion
