Because of disconnect didnt be able to get my rewards

I was playing fut champs and won a game then it says you got disconnected returning to main menu. When i was able to join back to ghe game i saw that the game gave me a lose. I did 8 win and if that win counts too i was able to do it 9 win and get better rewards and the new player pick from the objectives as well. I contacted support they told me i will get my rewards soon as the other players having this problem as well but didnt got anything. I contacted again and they say if i made a discosussin in here someone which has higher rank can help and get my rewards back. I hope this happens.
