Both My Accounts Banned at Same Time – Coin Violation?

Hello EA Community & Moderators,

I’m writing to share a serious issue I’m facing, hoping someone from the team or community can help clarify or support me.

A few nights ago, I played FUT Champions on my main account late at night. After finishing my matches, I went to sleep — and woke up the next morning to find that my account was banned. I immediately submitted a dispute, because I’ve done nothing wrong.

The next day, I used my RTG account (this one) to play FUT Champions again, and finished with 11 wins and 4 losses, same as on my main account. Again, I didn’t cheat or break any rules — just played normally.

But then this morning, the RTG account got banned too — and what’s really strange is that both bans happened at exactly 10:29 AM, just on different days.

Now here's the even more confusing part:
I received emails from EA stating that the bans were due to "coin distribution" on both accounts.

 But this can’t be right — my RTG account has had the Transfer Market  locked since the beginning of the game in September, and I’ve never had access to it through the Web App.
Every single player in that club is First Owner — I’ve never even bought a chemistry style. I play only through packs, Division Rivals rewards, FUT Champs rewards, and objectives. Nothing else.

 I’ll attach screenshots of the emails I received from EA so you can see for yourselves.

Please, I’m asking for a fair review. I put a lot of time into both accounts, and I’ve always played within the rules. This feels like a mistake.
